Talofa — I'm Ned. Samoan, born and raised on Tāmaki Makaurau's North Shore, and I've spent my whole life around this water. Klub Moana started with a simple frustration: too much plastic ending up in the moana that feeds us.

This isn't a big-corporate side project. It's a Pacific-owned, whānau-built brand with one honu on the can and one measurable promise behind it — 7 cents from every can to real cleanup crews on real Aotearoa water. When you pre-order, you're not buying from a faceless company. You're backing a person you can email directly, and a promise you can count.

I'm building this for the long game — legacy over quick wins. If Klub Moana does its job, the next generation swims in cleaner water than we did. That's the whole point.

When will I get my cans?

Pre-orders fund the 20,000-can pilot run. We expect to can and ship within [X weeks] of hitting the goal — we'll email every backer with the exact dates and tracking. (Edit this once you've confirmed timing with the canning line.)

What does the 7c per can actually do?

A guaranteed 7 cents from every can sold goes to marine conservation here in Aotearoa — real clean-up mahi, keeping plastic out of our seas and harbours. Guardians of the Ocean isn't just a tagline, it's built into the price.

Why cans and not bottles?

No plastic bottles. Ever. Aluminium is endlessly recyclable and far less likely to end up polluting our oceans. It's the whole point of the brand.

What if the run doesn't go ahead?

If we can't complete the production run, you get a full refund — no questions, no drama. We only make it if we can make it properly.

Is shipping included?

NZ shipping is included on The Crew, Big Moana and Founder tiers. Smaller packs add a small flat postage at checkout. We ship NZ-wide.

What's actually in it?

Carbonated water and natural flavour. Zero sugar, zero sweeteners, no nasties. 330ml cans. (Confirm final ingredient line before launch.)
