Klub Moana is operated by Label 3 Limited (NZBN 9429052237232), Aotearoa New Zealand ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect personal information from you, including your:

• name
• contact details (email, phone)
• delivery and billing address
• pre-order and purchase information
• device or network information (e.g. IP address, used briefly to keep the site secure)

Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider — Klub Moana never sees or stores your card details.

Why we collect it

• to process your pre-order and deliver your cans
• to keep you updated about your order and the production run
• to keep records, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations
• to send you updates about Klub Moana — only if you've asked us to (e.g. the "Notify me" list)

Who we share it with

Besides our team, we share information with:

• Stripe, to process your payment securely
• delivery and fulfilment providers, to ship your order
• our email provider, if you sign up for updates

Some providers store data on secure servers that may be located overseas. We otherwise only disclose information where required by law.

Marketing

We only send you marketing emails if you've opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Keeping your information safe

We store it securely, never store your card details ourselves (Stripe handles those), and limit access to only those who need it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for at least 7 years (to meet our tax record-keeping obligations), after which we securely destroy it.

Your rights
